Well This is Going to Be a Long Post.

Where did I leave off?  Christmas?  Woah.

So this is my catch up post.  Have fun reading this, you know, if you want.

So, Christmas was amazing!  As you know, I got the newest iPod Touch.  Which I was freaking ecstatic for!  I didn't think I was getting it, because I had to pay half!  I didn't have the money!  But my grandma decided to buy my American Girl doll, so, it all worked out!  We also got to Skype my bro, whose on a mission for my church in Italy!  So, that was grr. ("Grr is a new word for me, it means great.)

So, New Year's was great. It was the first time I got to hang out with some of my friends until midnight.  It was so awesome!  I had some friends come over to my house in the afternoon and we went to this local store called B&B farms.  So great.  It's mostly like a citrus store, but I pretty much only buy the candy.  We also took pictures there because it is THE BEST place for photo shoots.  Oh goodness.  So much fun.  You can see the pictures I took here.  Then afterward, we came back made some music videos with this great app called VideoStar, (Check it out).  We went to Sonic and watched My Girl and by the time it was midnight we were down to three people-Stephanie, Katelyn, and me. We did sparklers, blowers, and those little popper things.  It was way grr.

And then it was 2013, and life was about to get great.  I was determined to make my mess of a life into a great one.  (That was a bit exaggerative, but I really did/do need to organize my life.) So, far it's so good.  All the things on my list of organizing are getting checked off.  I'm loving life lately.

On January 4th, I went to Forest Lakes!  That's inbetween Payson and Heber if you didn't know.  Haha.  My aunt and uncle's cabin is there.  Man, I love that place.  It was so pretty and there was snow everywhere!  I took a million pictures  that you can see here.

Yep, then just recently I had a photoshoot with my good friend, Hannah!  It was so fun.  i took like 80 pictures, and that's after deleting like 100... You can see those here, here, and here.

And those are basically the major things you have been missing out on in my life.  I think, if I think of something else, I will post.  I've just been a bit too obsessed with my iPod.  :)

I'm a little obsessed with this app.  If you follow me on twitter, you probably know this by now.  It's ridiculously fun.  It's pretty much like Instagram, but instead of pictures, it's gifs!  You know, those cool picture/video collage thingies.  I really have no way of explaining them.  Anywho, you should all download the gifboom app and spread the word about how freaking cool it is!  Here are some of the gifs I've made so far.

Christmas Adam.

My friend, Jill, told me today was "Christmas Adam" today.  Makes sense right?  Tomorrow's Christmas Eve, so...  yeah.

Anywho, today was an awesome day!

We had a seriously awesome Sunday School lesson.  We watched a Christmas video and then shared our thoughts about what the Savior has done for us in our lives.  It was so amazing.

And then in Young Women's, all the Branch leaders gave a truly amazing lesson.  I was so touched.

And after that, in Sacrament Meeting, it was the Ward Choir Christmas Program!  And I was part of it!  It was so beautiful.  So glad I was in it.

Anyway, this was my Christmas outfit.  I know, it's not in Christmas colors, but black and white is wintery enough, right?

Lincoln + Book Report

I have a book report due in about 13 days.  I'm on page 69 out of 309.  Talk about stress.  So today has been dedicated to reading Anne of Green Gables with my favorite "ho ho ho" blanket and just read.  I'm sure it would be a wonderful book if I wasn't so stressed about reading it!  Haha, but seriously.  It's amazing, it's just hard to appreciate it.

On a happier note, I saw Lincoln Yesterday!

It was really, really good.  It was all about passing the 13th amendment.  And you know how I love anything political or having to do with office.  It just interests me so much.  Anyways, I highly recommend it.  The actors are amazing {especially Josh Gordon Levitt, he was a pleasant surprise.} and Daniel Day-Lewis {Lincoln} looked so much like Abe Lincoln himself!  It was great.    All you have to watch out for it's repetitive language.  Gosh darn it this world.

So, in closing, don't procrastinate your book reports and see Lincoln.  Kapeesh?  Kapeesh.

You have no clue how much i hyperventilated over it today, it was ridiculous!  I'm so satisfied and amazed and in awe with it.  {Even if i have heard more that half of it because of this}

Truly, Madly, Deeply on the Target Edition.  

It has some more love going for it.  It's so wonderfully, beautifully, stinkin' ADORABLE!!!!!!

Anyways....  Buy the album!  {Strongly recommended from Target}  And listen to it over and over and over again.  Oh!  and listen to Truly, Madly, Deeply over and over, too.  You won't regret it, even if you aren't a "Directioner."

And don't forget to buy the Yearbook Edition!!!!!!!!!! {Or at least the bonus songs, like I did.}

And honestly, I think this album needs a whole stinking book written about it, but...  I just don't have words to express my fangirl feelings, so....  :)

P.S.  Also... on the Today Show today, 1D announced that they are coming out with a movie!!!!  i'm freaking out!!!  August 30, 2012 is going to be the best day of my life.  {Oh. and Niall announced this and he said is soooooo cute with his irish accent.  I will have to find a video of it...}

well.... after we partied with liz and all... people came over to my house to get picked up by their parents.  my friend katelyn {who i'm trying to get to make a blog...} wanted to show me her cousin on facebook.  but in the middle of showing me, she had to leave!  so... she told me i could keep looking on it, but to sign out afterwards.  {she should have never trusted me....}  a few minutes before this happened i saw this post, so i told the remaining people at my house {rebekah and julie}, "hey! we should post something on katelyn's facebook!"  so we did.  and then we did again.  and then we admitted to the crime.  yup.  we're practically famous.  {hahaha no.}

so today was basically full of YOLOing.  :)  {don't mind me if i use this phrase for everything i do...}

anyways... since we had school off, we decided to celebrate extra.  we got everyone who could to come over and make brownies {tradition.}.  and then... after previously making signs... we took the brownies to liz and walked to sonic holding this up:

ramen and boots and rain and friends.

tonight i had a few friends over!  it was sooooo fun.  we...

talked on the trampoline {as always...} and it started raining.  loving the rain here lately!  we ran all around in it.  it was so cold though!  i love it!

then we all sat in a circle on my backyard porch and talked some more.  looking at old elementary yearbooks and such.

after a while, we all went in the front yard.  we froze in random poses whenever cars passed and pretty much did basic YOLO stuff like that.

we got cold.  so we made ramen!  we put it in individual cups and sipped/forked away.

it was so great.  and i know i've said this before, but, friends are great.

one direction has come out with 2 things in the last 2 days.  first of all, yesterday....

and then today i came home from school to find that you can listen to their whole album via itunes!  {but you can't buy it yet.}

let me tell you now,  I. AM. OBSESSED!!!!!  it's ridiculous.  i love it even more than i thought i would!  and it shows off their vocals so much.  it's beautiful and wonderful and i'm fangirling over it every moment.  trust me, i just keep on listening to it.

i'm going through lots of transitions in my life.  one of the lesser being redecorating my room.  i'm trying to exercise more, eat healthier, and i'm changing myself for  the better, and not for  others, but for me..  there's lots i want to change and there's lots i want to find out about myself.  and then there's lots i've already transitioned through.  i have a lot of goals in mind, i really should right them out, but not here, not now.

tighter than the jo bro's skinny jeans.

last thursday, i went to my school's "advanced drama production," the princess who had no name with samantha.  it was so funny!!  i laughed throughout the whole. darn. thing.  and now i have a new phrase,

"that's tight, tighter than the jonas brothers' skinny jeans."

when i heard it i almost died.

oh!  and BIG shout out to liz!  she was rapunzel and she did so amazing.  love you!
